Are these the only products you're offering?

Because recalciGrant just launched in 2023, we wanted to limit our offerings in the beginning to better analyze the market and see what the demand is. We do want to add products in the future. So if there is a particular product you'd like to see for a certain design, email kristen@recalcigrant.com and let us know--we may be able to create a custom listing. Our printing partner offers over 300 product types!

Do you have a size guide?

There are size guides listed with each product provided by the manufacturer, but it may be a bit confusing as to the meanings of each measurement.

The color and/or size I want to order are not showing up. Why?

The warehouse may be out of stock of that particular combination, or the manufacturer of the blank shirt may not offer all sizes in certain colors. If you are looking for something in particular and are just not seeing it, email kristen@recalcigrant.com and let us know and hopefully we can find something for you!

What are the care instructions for t-shirts and hoodies?

Turn the garment inside out.
Do not use bleach.
Machine-wash cold only.
Preferably air dry, or tumble dry low.
Do not iron on the print.


How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

The same color value will look a little different on when printed on 100% cotton vs. a fabric blend. Similarly, the same color value will look different when printed on a light vs. dark colored garment. Therefore, please note that the design may have a "vintage" or "faded" look depending on what fabric or product it is printed on (as well as its color)--you can visit this page to learn more about direct-to-garment printing (DTG) on certain fabrics.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at kristen@recalcigrant.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at kristen@recalcigrant.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!


What’s your return policy?

Because our products are printed on demand as you order them, we do not carry stock of these items so returns would be impossible to re-sell. Therefore, we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at kristen@recalcigrant.com!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items since we cannot re-sell returned items. If any of these apply, please contact us at kristen@recalcigrant.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Due to the nature of being a print-on-demand business, we don't offer exchanges because returned items are impossible to re-sell. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section, and more detailed links above. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please contact us at kristen@recalcigrant.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
